Pelican Sands Beach Resort, Gold Coast

I had a wonderful stay at this resort! The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking waterfront views. The service was top-notch, and my family really enjoyed their time here. The only downside was the occasional noise from planes overhead due to the nearby airport. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, especially for families.

I had a great experience at this resort! The rooms were clean and well-equipped, although facing the busy Gold Coast Highway made them a bit noisy at times. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which added to the warmth of the stay. The location is unbeatable as it sits right on the sand, making it easy to pop out for a beach day. However, the split system air conditioning struggled to cool the bedrooms effectively, making them a bit uncomfortable on hot nights. Overall, the value for money is decent, but do keep in mind the air conditioning situation.

On the bright side, the service was fantastic, and I truly appreciated the grocery shopping service they offered. The location is excellent, right on the beach and perfect for exploring the area. The hotel boasts fantastic views right on the beach and is situated in a lovely, quiet area, just a couple of miles from the New South Wales border. The rooms, while somewhat dated, are clean and feature comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t work well in the bedrooms, making them quite stuffy in summer. On the plus side, there are nice breezes that flow through the unit. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there are areas that could use improvement.

There were noise issues from the road and planes, and the ensuite was in dire need of renovation.
